Q: What or who is your greatest inspiration?
A: Designers like Yves Saint Laurent, Karl Lagerfeld, Alexander Mcqueen & Rei Kawakubo.
Artists like Georg Baselitz, Jon MacNair, Andy Warhol & Damien Hirst.
Q: Why are you interested in fashion/modelling/photography?
A: I love and enjoy dressing up and seeing beautiful things.
I've always wanted to make clothes and have my own label since I was very young! Hoping I could fulfil it when I reach 18!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is basics. Black, gray, and white. In Singapore, because of the weather, I don't wear thick coats or jackets. I usually shop in Zara or Topshop. They have affordable and nice stuff for students like me.
Q: Did your blog help you in your career?
A: I am still at school. I am taking art for my national examination this October.
Was thinking of doing a fashion piece for my final work. So Cartoon Styles will definitely help with my research :)
Q: What do you like to do in your free time? – apart from blogging obviously!
A: Shopping, taking photographs, drawing/painting & music. For music, I like Indie, Electronic, K-POP and Rock genres.
My favourite bands are Big Bang, Bloc Party, Crystal Castles, CSS, DCFC, These New Puritans, MGMT, Mystery Jets, Tokio Hotel, Veto, White Lies, The xx, & YYYs.
Q: What is your advice for young people who are interested in a career in fashion/modelling/photography?
A: Being 16, I am one of them too. But well, I'll just say to always believe and do what you love. xxx
