1. The Organisers
The organiser of The the Beaubelle Model search is Models Connect Ltd and Beaubelle Models. The organiser, employees of Models Connect and any affiliated partners are not eligible to enter this competition.

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to contestants of 13 years of age and over (as of the 6th of June 2009). All entrants will be expected to participate in any publicity in connection with this competition.

3. Display of entries
By submitting photographs to this competition, all entrants agree to:
* Their entry being voted for by the general public
* Their entry being displayed, along with their name
The organiser has the right to remove any media we deem inappropriate and to disqualify anyone whom we think is cheating the voting system.

4. Entering your photos
Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions set out on www.modelsconnect.net

5. Closing date
The deadline for entries is 9th of July 2009, at 6pm. Entries received after this time and date will not be eligible.
Winners will be announced online at www.modelsconnect.net.

6. Judging
The entries will be voted for by the general public. The 20 most voted entries will go through the second stage. In the second stage of the competition the jury will choose the winners.

7. Notification
The winners will be notified by telephone. This information will also be posted on www.modelsconnect.net.

8. Prizes
1. A professional modelling contract with Beaubelle Models 2. A test shoot with top London photographer sponsored by Beaubelle Models and Models Connect
3. A possible editorial shoot in MC Magazine
4. Professional photo-shoot in a London studio
5. 15 Pro Memberships to give away for 2 years
6. A 2-night stay in 5* hotel in London for 2 people

The organisers reserve the right to change or add to the prizes and substitute with a comparable alternative due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be posted on the competition website. Prizes are non transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.

9. Copyright
The entrant must be the sole author and owner of copyright, intellectual property, and all other proprietary rights in all pictures entered. It is the legal responsibility of the entrant, and not the organisers, to ensure they comply with these ownership and copyright requirements and own the rights to reproduce their images. Entries that do not fulfil these criteria will be deemed ineligible and disqualified.

10. Liability
Images are uploaded at the photographer's risk and the organisers regret they cannot accept any liability for the unauthorised duplication or use of images submitted to the website. If uploading images damages camera or phone equipment we are not liable.
