hi, i just wanted to know what type of food i should be eatin in order to keep the shape i have at the moment and how many times a week i should exercise as i feel im not exercisng enough

Alright mate, if you’re not putting weight on or losing weight at the moment, then it sounds that you’re eating habits are adequate for the physique that you already have. If you do wish to up your training then the amount of calories you eat per day will reflect the increased amount of calories you will be burning off. What makes you think that you need to exercise more?

I have been doing no process food diet , i havebeen doing excercising doing dancijgxbut xi havent lost enough weight. I dont know what else to do what can you suggest.
