Try not to drink too much milk. For some reason it gives you spots...chocolate doesn't however!!...

go see your gp, he/she will put you in medication pills/some sort of gel. :)
it helps, takes time but the after effect is great :)

Hey!
I know exactly how you feel, i suffer with spots as well. Acne! grr lol.
Well i used to be quite bad, but i went to the doctors because after trying every gel & wash available at shops, because they did nothing to help.
I got prescribed with tablets, and a gel called Duac. I'm not 100% sure, but i think you may be able to buy duac over the counter, but i got prescribed it so i might be wrong and misheard what my doctor said.
But i really recommend Duac, it does take about 4 weeks to start to make a drastic change, but it really helps! My face is getting really clear. I just put it on of a night, sleep with it and wash it off in the morning. No hassle. :D
Also, try not to plaster on makeup, and make sure you take it off when you really dont need it, and before you go to bed at night.
Plus, water does really help - lots of it (:
And also, when you are at home and there is no need to impress anyone, put your hair back and keep it off of your face, this prevents your skin becoming greasy.
Exfoliate lots too.
I hope this helps, its abit of an essay, but i find it helpful for me, and my skin was quite bad! - but is clearing up! (:

plusss, i've just discovered something else amazinggg!
its £5 - but does actually work, i promise, my skin is AMAZING right now.
okay so the water too - 2litres a day if you can - it helpsss.
thenn..
use clearasil ultra, deep pore treatment scrub.
the way i do it is -
-get your flannel really hot, then put it on your face until it cools..
-take it off and use the clearasil ultra..
-wipe it off with just warm water..
-finish by holding a freezing cold flannel to your face..
-then pat dry with a clean towel.
:D
amazinggg stuff.
still ask for Duac though lol.
