hello girls :)
yess, i'm also in the same boat as you!
and i'm sure its not 'fat' you just simply need to tone, i myself have a slight 'wobbly belly'.

So a few tips,

When walking, anywhere - walk holding your stomach in - it honestly does help.

DON'T give up with sit ups! - start off with just 5 a day if you have to, and gradually build yourself up. the more you do this, the more your abs will tone and you'll train your muscles to become stronger - it's not necessarily going to be visible to you, but you'll feel it, you'll feel as though you can do more and it doesnt hurt so much, and you don't get so out of breath etc.
Just little crunches everyday can help you get far.

Also try this,
lay flat on the ground, stomach down, resting on your forearm, palms to the ground.
and stretch out, with your legs stretched out behind you, resting on your toes, and pull your stomach in, and keep your bottom down. move around abit at first to find a spot where you can really feel it working. trust me, you'll really really feel this one. do it for 30 seconds at a time to begin, and then work yourself up to a minute.

I also advise, that if you have a wii fit - use it! Its not a substitue for excercising, and i'm not saying that it necessarily does what it says, but all of the workouts on their and the moves etc are what you need to be doing. it tells you what you're working out, and you dont have to have to wii fit on to do it, just know the excercises.

i hope this helps :)
