hiyer, i was just wondering if anyone had any good exercising routines that they could share with me :) i only really want to tone up around my tummy and thighs so is there ay good exercises for them certain areas, i would go to a gym but i cant afford it :) hehe

I know people who use hola hoops for fitness, if it's just your tummy that needs toning.

do about 3k run to start with to burn some body fat, before you go to sleep do some abs crunching and also when you wake up, your body only changes when you are at rest

Hello Danielle,
I swear by abdominal crunches, side side sit ups, lying down flat and elevating your legs a little off the ground will work your lower abdominal muslces. Its all about strenghtening your core musles too, and your obliques which run down vertically either sid of stomach wall. The more you do the better the effect, you are slim, so it shouldn't take long to see some results. Cardio will burn some fat and calories, if you're serious and keen the quickest way to burn calories in the shortest amounnt of time is to try spinning classes/RPM its like intense cylcing and its really good for the thighs, but isn't an exercise for the faint hearted.
