I eat smoothies like crazy, but make them myself so i can pick what goes in them, so i know how many portions im having, also i stay clear of meat, when ur having meat and carbs and causes weight gain so seperate ur foods and have vegetables with whichever you have a day.
when i really needed to lose weight i started off with meal replacements, its not somethin dangerous, theyr like milkshakes or soups and you switch two your meals for two the replacements (you can get them from Asda or any supermarket, only about a pound a meal) and drink 2.5L of water and a healthy meal a day, i didnt feel hungry at all, theyr really filling and keep drinking lots of water, half the time i think im hungry im actually thirsty lol. meal replacements for two weeks i lost so much weight, and with exercise i was able to build muscle and lose the fat.

Hello Georgia,
Firstly well done on losing over a stone and a half...Thats really good!!
Secondly i honistly dont think you need to lose anymore weight. You look absolutly amazing in your pictures.
Maybe the reason you are finding it so difficult to lose more weight is because you are now at your perfect weight.
Some people find dieting really addictive....You should beware of that as that is how people get eating disorders and become underweight.
You look great, and you look truely amazing concidering you are only 16!
I think you should just carry on your healthy eating and concentrate on your modelling instead of your dieting.
You look fab...Well done :)

Hi
you have a beautiful figure as it is, i wouldn't say lose more weight the size you are is really nice and healthy :)
(staying healthy light excercise & toning your body combined with a healthy food intake is good enough.)
