if you have any problems with your skin or it is sensitive try the Simple products they have an amazing line of products that is kind to the skin but also helps cleanse and mosturise. In my opinion this is the best .

In terms of eating, why not try snacking on healthy foods such as nuts, flax seeds and my vafourate Goji Berries which are high in vitamin C and is a great antioxidant for the body, you can find all these at Holland & Barrett.

Not sure what skin type you have, (simple) products are good especially if you have sensitive skin, if you have oily to combination skin try tea tree oil masks from superdrugs they come both for normal and sensitive skin, good face moisteriser which is cheep is Johnson new range of face creams, they are good and come for all types of skin and wont clog pores.

As for body and hands either Nivea SOS range or the new range from E45.

Good luck,

To be honest waters the best option.

How can you not like water!? It makes up like 60% of our bodies AND it tastes like nothing...

Just drink a glass when youw ake up and before going to bed.

errmm you know calamine lotion can sweal down your spots really quickly also witch hazel can just dry up your spots in a 2 or 3 days these products are quite hard to find because they work instantly and obviously thir aim is to make money those other products dont work really they just waant you to keep on buying products. so you can find calamine lotion in any pharmacy or superstore but if you are lucky you can find some in sainsbury's or boots maybe tesco but not likely. try it it really helps
