Heyy, I used to have really bad spots but I went to my doctor and got some medicine from them. It really does work, they have tablets, cream and roll on stuff which is really good. (=

chilly food also makes you get spots so if chilly food is what you like, you'll have to do without it . someone told me once that the chilly makes your skin generate more oil which leads to spots !

hope that helps

drinking lots of water will help,I know its sometime hard but it has good results and because its natural.I also use Oxy cleansing pads they help my skin nad have not let me down. But just because it works for others it doesnt mean it will work for everyone. But water works for everyone like I said its natural.

I heard that if you fill a bowl or sink with hot water and dip your face in it and stay in there for a few seconds or as long as you can stand and then quickly remove your face and dip it into a bowl or sink filled with cold water can really help open up your pores, remove all dirt and other things and then the cold water closes them back up. I haven't yet tried it, but it's on my to do list :)
also toothpaste really works. i had a few spots last night, applied a bit on my figners and rubbed onto my face; woke up this mornign, they haven't completly gone, but I'll tell you now, they have gone down and are less visisble :)

Anyone got any other tips?
Have a look at my pictures :)

xx

There is a skin collection called Dr Murad. Google it and yes it's expensive but if you get the blemish cleanser pack it is only about £30.00. It really really does work. I cannot stress how good this stuff is both for men and woman with all differnt skin types. Check it out.
