Scam i got contacted by them this week.

No agency asks you for money EVER.

Run as fast as you can.

No problem i found info on them they were under a different name before they got liquidated and there not even a registered trade name :< makes me so angry

I agree as well. I contacted with them and they asked for a unfront fee to visit a photographer. Thet didn't leave a good impression on me. And if you'll ask more for a some advice to Alba Models - it's fantastic portal which gives a good support for all models - they will send me a answer - go away from Edge Models. Noone agency ask for money!

They called me two weeks ago, They said my photos were 'ilk' and that in order to join the agency I needed a portfolio with them. I already arranged for a portfolio with a photo agency already and when I called them to explain I already arranged a portfolio with someone else the man I originally spoke to was very insulting and told me common sense would tell me to do a portfolio with the agency and not outside. After I spoke to my photographer about to cancel my shoot and he said check ALBA and they were listed as shamed scam agencies. When I called later to say I will not be doing the shoot another man who I was supposed to be dealing me with said 'I WILL DO THE SHOOT, AND THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY ARRANGED IT FOR ME! He even sent me an email of a video of edge models. Stay Clear of them they are very convincing but they are a SCAM.
