I do not believe Replay are entirely ethical. They DID change their name a few times and research will show this to be factual. BBC did an undercover documentary called Warning to Would Be Models. My experience with Replay is that they own or have access to a studio and make their money by telling the general public they could be in films or model. However the studio is inadequate, and a quick photo shoot with no scenery will cost you hundreds of pounds. Replay tell everyone they will find work from their jobs board, in fact the jobs board has nothing worth looking at and no clients. When questioned they say our jobs are not posted on the board! Replay charge up front and do not provide photographs you will be sent away with an unprofessional disk to upload onto your facebook. That is it, you should not expect to hear from them again as they seem soley interested in getting new people to come in and attend a photo shoot. Reputable photographers have the right experience and you should seek to use one of these independently. So are Replay promoting themselves as an employment agency, a phtography studio, questions need to be asked.
