As I don’t know how many agencies are out there, who is scams and who is real, you can’t trust any agency these days. Some “Like Boss,Ice etc” have built a nice name here by me and I’d like to join one of them if they offer anything.. But what I also do is if you check in magazines, it normally tells you more about the model, the agency and that stuff so I tend to look at that before looking at the model almost. I suppose I don’t have an answer for you but I would join an agency if it was for free (They trusting you will make profit perhaps?). I’m with an agency that paid for my profile, and all other admin stuff, but there isn’t much work here on this side these days (I think).. No way to be doing it full-time I meant.

So you basically have to ask them the right questions first and see what work they have done before and with who,perhaps they can show you..Anycase I’m still new in this so best of luck
