Print Screen Guide
The print screen key takes a snapshot or picture of your computer screen and copies it to the clipboard (the clipboard is an invisible holding area for content that is copied). Its the same thing as if you copied something from a document and it is now on your clipboard waiting to be pasted in its final destination.
When you see the problem in your screen press the print screen button, go to any graphics editor software or open a new Word document, paste the image, save it (as a jpeg or gif image) and attach in this form.
